Preference for acceptance is given in the following order:
- Holy Angels’ parishioners in good standing* who already have children enrolled in the school.
- Holy Angels’ parishioners in good standing* who are enrolling for the first time.
- Catholics from other parishes.
- Non-Catholics whose children come with a recommendation from their school principal.
*Parishioner in good standing - one who participates regularly in the liturgical life of Holy Angels Parish. One who is active in the parish (lector, religious education catechist, Eucharistic minister, member of a parish service committee) and one who contributes regularly to the weekly collection.
Pre Kindergarten
This academic
year (2010-11) Holy Angels will be launching a new pre-school program
designed for four year olds. The classroom will be staffed by a
certified/degreed early childhood teacher along with a teacher
assistant. Call the office for further details.
Kindergarten Application Process
Kindergarten applications for the 2010-11
school are currently being accepted. Your child must be five (5) by
August 31, 2010 to enroll in the upcoming kindergarten class. Early admission (younger than age 5) will not be considered.
The following information is necessary to process your application:
- Completed application form
(2010 - 2011 Application)
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate
- Non-refundable application fee of $100.00 per application
- Letter of recommendation from your child’s pre-school
Grade 1-6 Application Process
Applications for grades 1-6 are being accepted. The following information is necessary to process your application:
- Completed application form
(2010-2011 Application Form)
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate
- A copy of your child’s most recent report card
- A copy of your child’s latest standardized test scores
- A copy of your child’s educational testing results (if applicable)
- Non-refundable application fee of $100.00 per application
Grades 7-8 Application Process
Admission to seventh and eighth grade
is handled on a case by case basis. Approval from the principal is required prior to submitting an application. Please call the school office to discuss admission guidelines for junior high.
