Strategic Goal for Finances:
- Holy Angels School has developed a
process and procedure that will assure that 90-95% of the
budgeted monthly tuition income is received in a timely
manner so that Holy Angels School can maintain a financial
budget that supports a viable, affordable, and solid
education that is independent of parish subsidy.
- ACTION PLAN-
Formation of Parish Finance Committee
Tuition Payment Plan to set up "Automatic Withdrawal" each
month.
Policy that assures tuition payments are current at the end
of each trimester.
Home and School Association has developed a required
fundraising participation system offering buy-out of $125.00
or a $250.00 sell option.
Tuition Policy
Every Family must be current with tuition
payment by the end of
the following deadlines in order for your child(ren)
to attend school:
- July and August payments MUST be
paid by August 30, 2010 or your child may not begin school
on Sept. 2010.
- September, October, November payments
MUST be paid by November 30, 2010 in order for your
child to continue attending December 1, 2010.
- December, January, February payments
MUST be paid by February 28, 2011 in order for you child
to
continue attending March 1, 2011.
- All tuition must be paid by May 30, 2011
to secure placement for 2011-2012.
The tuition and fees below are for the 2010-2011
school year. A 2% discount, on tuition only, is
available to any family willing to make the full
tuition payment by July 15, 2010.

A $250.00 non-refundable registration fee is due by March
13, 2010 for returning families and upon acceptance for new
families. One-half of this is credited towards the
September tuition payment (#3) and the other one-half is
credited towards the February (#8) tuition payment.

A $150.00 educational bond for the Educational Foundation must be purchased for the first incoming child to the school. The bond may either be donated or redeemed when the last child leaves the school.

A $100.00 kindergarten
activity fee is due by September 30, 2010 which covers materials, supplies and field trips.

A $20.00 science fee is due
by September 30, 2010 for each 7th and 8th grade student.

A $150.00 technology fee is
due by August 15, 2010 for each family.

with the principal to work out a plan.
